Briefing Book Available for Meeting November 18-19, 2025
The Briefing Book is now available for NROC’s Fall Meeting, which will take place on November 18 and 19, 2025, at Innovate Newport in Newport, Rhode Island. Please register and download meeting materials below.
Day 1 – November 18, 11:00 am – 5 pm
The first day will focus on NROC’s efforts to identify data priorities, coordinate research and mapping, and improve ocean data management for coastal and ocean management priorities. This will include opportunities to meet with many of NROC’s project partners who are working to improve the management of specific datasets that are used in decision-making.
Day 2 – November 19, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
The second day will include a summary of outcomes from the first day and additional consideration of the specific data and information requirements for current and emerging ocean management priorities. Day two will also include presentations about new ocean technologies being developed in the region, updates about NROC’s coastal resilience projects, and presentations from partners highlighting other coastal resilience initiatives in the region.
