Overview

NROC provides a regional forum for coastal managers and partners to advance community resilience by hosting ‘resilience exchanges’ to share tools, resources, case studies, and approaches for protecting coastal resources.

Priorities include:

  • Hosting workshops to share knowledge about latest tools and resources for responding to challenges associated with coastal storm surge, flooding, or sea level rise.
  • Convening partners to share information and improve understanding of emerging issues and approaches.
  • Convening roundtable discussions among coastal managers and partners to share updates about coastal resilience projects, strategies, planning, and funding opportunities.
